Staff was friendly and attentive. Though they aren’t doing room maintenance right now, we still got new towels right away after calling. The hotel is nice, but you can tell the updates are a little older.
Stayed 1 night with a group for a sports tournament. Was pleased with the front desk staff and check-in. We arrived after 9pm and they honored my profile preference for a high floor room. The hotel also required a waiver for quiet hours and for parents to supervise their children in common areas which is great for us parents that want to sleep. Breakfast was served to the best of the hotel's ability during COVID. I removed 2 stars due to maintenance and housekeeping. On the 2nd photo I'll leave it up to your imagination what that white stain could be on our clock radio...
Not the cleanest, old and outdated, mold in the bathroom, comforter was brown around the edges.nnI stayed here for 4 nights while I was in town for a family emergency. If it weren't for that reason, and the fact that I used points to stay there, I probably would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else. It was a place to stay and that is all I really needed. Given the current COVID situation, I would have expected it to be much cleaner. The trash cans didn't have bags in them which I thought was extremely odd. The sink was cracked and the tile in the bathroom was cracked. There was also mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Windows were dirty and everything seemed dusty. I did appreciate the grab and go breakfast set up, but they needed bags to put it in.
Clean, nice staff. Some of the clientele are a little ominous but that's no fault of the building Or staff.nProb harmless , just erratically up all night and hyper ud83dude2c
Had a great experience. Check-in was easy. Staff was nice. Would love to stay there again. Rooms were gorgeous and up to date and the hotel was in a great location!!!
