Pretty decent spot kinda hidden on the major area of County Rd 42 and I-35. Has a very small pool and exercise room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Beds were decent. Staff were really friendly. Overall, the entire building was clean and presentable. The locks all worked fine. The only thing is, our room didn't have like a TV guide or channel guide at least, no welcome folder that let's you know policies and what not, and my microwave I had to move the entire entertainment center to plug in. Was not fun because that sucker was heavy.

I chose to stay at the Burnsville AmericInn while attending an in person work trip. This is the first hotel I've stayed in since COVID-19 began. I did not know what to expect.nnMy stay was awesome. The facility was clean despite undergoing renovations in certain parts of the building. Signage was plenty evident regarding state safety regulations for the pandemic, but did not feel overwhelming. Staff and patrons were masked and maintained social distancing. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. My room was spotless clean and comfortable. Coffee and individually served breakfast items were exactly what I expected and I am very grateful for the precautions the facility has taken on all fronts. The front desk was helpful and friendly and answered all my questions.nnI'd definitely stay here again and will have zero hesitation to do so in the midst of COVID should the opportunity present itself again.nn5 stars for sure!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms,lobby,common areas were immaculate!! Shout out to Abby she represents her place of work with an outstanding amount of respect and kindness!!

Everything was small, the pool, the bed, the bathroom, the tub. Room & hotel r nice. Our rooms had a door. Breakfast was ok. Stayed 1 night.
