We had Great Lakes Home Design install new windows for us, and we are very satisfied. I would recommend them for the great service, courtesy, and work. The crew that worked on our home were polite and respected our home, they cleaned up everything when the were done. The windows look great.
I am totally impressed and happy and thankful that I used great lakes home design!!! I called and the owner came out himself to give me measurements on my window. When they arrived they were very polite courteous and nice explaining what they were going to do. They cleaned up there work area, made sure there was no screws or nails on the grass or in the driveway. The Installers explained to me how to remove my windows so I can wash them and how everything worked in complete detail.nI am extremely impress with the professionalism and the quality of my windows. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new sliding glass door. Great Lakes Home Design came in a timely manner and finished the new door within 3 hours. We absolutely love it and are very appreciative! 10/10 recommend!
The quality of the work was good, but it took them forever to start the job--not very professional. Plus, it took them longer than they stated to complete the work. They did a great job with the cleanup but better business practices is a must!
This place is great! Everyone we talked to at GLHD was professional and helpful. They followed through on everything they said they would do and then some. We've had our new windows for over 3 months (it's February.) We are really pleased, and have gained noticeable improvements.nBill and Tony the installation guys were on time, worked quickly and really well together, showed great respect for our home and property, and communicated with us about what they would do and when. Bill is an artist with a caulk gun - you have to see it to believe it!nWe had a couple little things that needed follow-up attention and they came within a few days to take care of it. I was still getting around to calling them about it when Ron contacted me to see how everything was going. I can't think of any reasonable thing they could have done better.nThey were recommended to us by friends who are also really pleased.
