Fastest roofers ever! We also had siding and windows done. Jarrod and Walter did an awesome job siding the house, installing windows and felt like family after they were done. 2 great guys.nJeff was awesome at getting things set up and checking in! Joe Caton came out quickly for both a skylight replace and then a low pitch roof replacement. He was fair, professional and reasonable. He also came back upon completion to make sure everything looked good. The work crew was timely, stayed late to complete the job and did a good job of cleaning up. Very pleased with the service from estimate through final inspection. I would recommend West Michigan Roofing.
West Michigan Roofing did a great job on our new roof! Jeff was also great to work with- he provided great customer service as far as communication, being responsive and explaining all of the products to choose from. My first experience with West Michigan Roofing was years ago. I had a recurring leak in my kitchen from an ice dam on my roof, and had tried several contractors over the years, but it kept returning. I finally found West Michigan Roofing, and their repair was expertly done, and effective. When it was time for a new roof, I went back to WMR and received the same professional work. They were prompt to arrive when they said they would, did what they proposed, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. Jeff even visited several times during the day the new roof was being installed, to check on the progress, to see if I had any questions, and to make sure I was satisfied. From the initial contact with Jeff through the completion of the project West Michigan Roofing did a great job of removing our old shingles and installing new. Jeff was on time for our appointment, provided samples for us to review and outlined the scope of the project. The crew was hard working and did an excellent job on the installation, they took care in placing the materials during the install and clean up after the install was great too.
