We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was nervous travelling out of state to stay at a hotel with our kids not knowing what the situation was like locally (COVID wise) but I was pleasantly surprised by the measures taken by this hotel. Not only was this hotel charming and beautiful (with water views in every room), it was also impeccably clean. When we arrived the room smelled clean (slight cleaning product smell but I liked that!). The hotel did not have a traditional lobby or office open but opted instead for constant communication via text to help minimize interaction (another COVID measure we loved). While we didn't see a single employee while there, we felt very taken care of via the texts we received. Every morning we were left fresh breakfast for the entire family which included baguettes, muffins, orange juice, fresh fruit, and possibly the freshest scones I have ever tasted in my life. The location of the hotel was also perfect. Not in the center of town but in walking distance of the town and just a short drive to Walker's Point as well. I would highly recommend!
Quaint bungalow with a very cozy feel. Beautiful view of the Kennebunk river, the best view to wake up to in the morning. Relaxing spot to watch the boats come in and out of the marina.
Awesome view, rooms new and modern. They bring breakfast to you in the morning. People very nice. Great place to stay

Quaint hotel just a very short walk into kennebunkport. Phenomenal views of the marina. Staff responds well to text messages (part of the hotels way to maintain socially distant). Every morning there’s a bag of delicious simple breakfast-for example today was beautiful local made French role with Brie cheese and fresh strawberries. Every night there’s a sterilized bag of fresh towels, toilet paper, bottled water, and coffee supplies (again covid cover).nnHighly recommend !
