My fiancé and I loved to stay at the hotel. Friendly people, beautifully renovated place and good breakfast! We also very much appreciated all the attention for our puppy.

The Staff was very friendly and inviting. The place was very clean and the location was within walking distance to town
Service and rooms were terrific. There were six of us and we all had a great stay. We felt at home from the first greeting. Staff was very accommodating and cordial. Many nice touches and amenities. We've stayed in the area many times, and this was one of the best. We'll be staying here again.
We cannot say enough great things about Captain Jefferds Inn. Beautiful accommodations and hospitality. Parking on premises during Prelude was perfect. We walked to downtown every night.nThe owners were gracious and kind and Christina the innkeeper was fabulous. The heard the Inn has been sold to LARK group which is a good thing. We always look for LARK properties when in the northeast and have never been disappointed in their properties.
