Accommodating - Clean - Owner / Operated!nnThis place is amazing - updated rooms, super clean and the owner, Rachael, lives right on the property and works hard to make sure your stay is carefree and comfortable.nnThere is a great pool, picnic area, fire pit, gas grill, and even a hammock (which is awesome for after a day at the beach to enjoy the cool Maine evenings.nnRachael met us right in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in, brought us all the paperwork we needed to sign, cold bottled water, and had the room all set up and ready to go (fridge plugged in, A/C on) when we arrived. She also had an area map, local paper, and local attractions information laid out on the table for us when we got in the room. It was a 100% contact free check-in yet NOTHING was missed. She even leaves with her cell phone number in case you need anything at any time. She also offers to bring a coffee maker or a small breakfast to you in the morning if you would like. Nicest person we met in Maine HANDS DOWN!nnThe bed was super comfortable and the carpet is new and not your typical hotel type carpet meaning it was soft, clean and not tacky. The rooms are very quaint and clean; the shower was amazing!nnYou are close to downtown, and their are even options for food delivery if you just need to kick back and be worry free come dinner time - but again, there is a grill and I nice picnic area if you want to grill up your own dinner.nnHighly recommended for anyone looking for a weekend away (or longer) in Kennebunkport.

Stayed here in September 2020 during during COVID times. We checked and and greeted by Rachel the owner who could not have been any friendlier and accommodating. Everything was clean and they did a great job following all the covid protocols. Room was perfect and it was such cute motel. It’s so close to downtown but also a little bit outside so it’s perfect and nice and quiet. This is now our go to whenever I am back up here!

We had a lovely stay. Although the rooms are a little older, they were spotless. The cleanliness was off the charts. Great location as well ; very close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Racheal and her staff keep their rooms and property clean! Top notch! Very accommodating to the people staying! We will be visiting again! Also just a short walk to downtown shopping. You can’t beat the location, the price and the hospitality!
