Clean, simple and straight forward. Wasn't expecting a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice bonus. I talked with a couple people that work there very briefly and they were very friendly. I would stay here again. Oh and I almost forgot...they have really good showers...ie. lasting hot water and good pressure.
My wife accidentally booked a room through a booking website meaning to book a room across the street at another hotel for her Dad. So after he stayed the weekend at the other hotel she noticed a charge on her account. After calling and trying to explain the mix up the woman at the hotel refused to refund the charge. Mistakes happen sometimes and businesses should be understanding of that. But this one didn't care.
Mildew smell. Big Spider in ceiling, and water stain in ceiling. Bad city to be safe from Covid because people refused to wear masks indoors.
It is one of the best place to stay good prices and good cleaning
I wish I can give this a negative star or no stars. We rented the room for the night but before we even got into a room there was no one at the front desk. We were asked to call the owner from a sign on the door. She asked for a credit card info over the phone. We went into the room the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't hear others talked in the room. we went to look at the beds and there was bed bugs in the beds. The water in the shower was so hot my son almost got burnt. when confronted with the situation she told us we were not going to be charged and we left the same day never spent the night. We spent a total of approximately an hour and a half there. She told us should not be charging us but then did. Then proceeded to call my girlfriend approximately 5 times over and over. She left messages with just breathing on the phone. She never left any other messages are reasons why. We are currently trying to stop payment on a debit card. Also was told that was free Wi-Fi and there was none. The top of the beds felt like there was sand all over.
