Hoping this new manager improves but still can’t return phone messages about maintenance issues left with the answering service. Even Lake Park staff said this about the maintenance man: “he’s a good guy, he’s just lazy.” Yes it’s been proven on my lot alone twice so far. Let’s see if they can return a call or read the letter I stick in the box to pick up the phone. Ridicule for what we pay for lot fees and maintenance.
Great community. I have sold a couple trailers there.
I have a sister who lives in this area in this particular mobile home park and as mobile home parks go I believe it is well kept up, the only thing that I didn't like is there are way too many speed bumps the kind that can hurt the bottom of your vehicle if you're not paying attention and going about 2 to 3 miles an hour LOL I understand the reason for Speed bumps but these particular ones are a little overdone and way too many other than that it seems like a nice neighborhood friendly people and as I said seems to be kept up
Some trailers look great. But most of them, have so much trash all over. Missing siding this park has gone down hill, the last few years
Quiet and they have a swimming pool. The only thing is the limited parking.
