Ok, it isn't inexpensive, but it is lovely! The food is excellent and the rooms are gorgeous. We had a great time!
This is such a historic and charming inn. It’s warm and comfortable inside. Duncan and Mary were fantastic hosts who were always attentive and anticipating any need. It’s easily walkable to fun shops and dining in Blue Hill. The vibe is relaxed and social and we had fun sitting around the fire in the evenings getting to know other guests and learning some of the history of Blue Hill. The breakfast offerings and service are truly 5-star and delicious hors d’oeuvre were served in the evenings. I highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area.
We stayed in the Cape House Suite and loved our stay at the Blue Hill Inn. They were so friendly and accommodating, the place was lovely and very clean & comfortable. We had wonderful chocolates left in our room every evening. The breakfast's were out of this world amazing, and the service was second to none.nI read a previous review about road noise in the Cape House Suite but didn't experience that at all. As a matter of fact, we slept with our windows open and I am a light sleeper. I did notice some traffic in the morning, but not bad at all. The bed was so comfortable that I went right back to sleep. I would highly recommend both the Cape House Suite and the Blue Hill Inn.nRita & Eddie
We have had two years of extraordinary evening's of Friday's at the Inn. Duncan has created a warm and friendly experience, complete with fabulous ethnic cuisine with personal service provided by people whom we now consider family. We love the overall experience and am confident you will as well.
