Completely unresponsive. Arrived at rental location and had no way in. No answers or call back until next morning. And then they disappeared again. Never got access to the property we rented. Property owners beware. Do not use not use them as a management company. Their lack of responsiveness will risk your property getting pulled from the major rental sites.

We rented the house and drove 7 1/2 hours to get there and have no code to get into the house and now we’re stranded in Maine with no place to stay. No one answers the phone and we’ve been trying to get in touch with them since yesterday

Called the office for three days straight to inquire about a property, no one picked up and voice mailbox was full. Made a reservation for dates that were listed as available on Air B&B, and had my reservation cancelled within 2 hours, no explanation.
