I would leave zero stars if possible. Avoid this place at all costs! They are rude, inconsiderate and no compassion whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I was refused a room after I was already pre-booked. I was sent on my way to go stay in a different hotel because the lady did not want to accept my booking Receipt. I was denied a room even though I was already pre booked. I had to stay in a different hotel because the lady told me to come back later. I protested showing her my booking receipt online and she claimed she could not find anything in the system. She then walked away slamming the door on me leaving me in the lobby by myself. I was left stranded with three kids and had to find another hotel at the last minute. I was now out more money because of their ”policy”... I made several attempts over the weekend to contact a live person. I was never able to get through for a simple phone call to speak to the manager. I had to go through my booking agency in order for them to get in contact with someone.... like I said before, avoid this place!!! There are plenty of other options in the surrounding area...

Great, low budget place to lay your head. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and mostly quiet. Really enjoy my night’s stay. I was also very pleasantly surprised at all the desk and closet space they offer. I was checked in by staff member Sam who is amazing! Couldn’t be more grateful. Overall a great quality for the price! Almost forgot to mention they have super cute little coffee makers in the room too!

this is a freshly remodeled motel. the windows and furniture is new within the last 6 months. there is a restaurant next door, fast food within walking distance, a few quick C store soda refill spots, even closer. the view of the Wasatch Mountains is fantastic, you can see the spot where the snow never melts from the South facing rooms. You get a freeway entrance in one block. and HAFB 1/4 mile up where there is a jimmy johns and a starbucks. My recommendation, cross the freeway to Lucky Slice. pizza by the slice of course. they have the original in Ogden still too. a must do is a stop in Ogden, a very up and coming area and prices are still good.

Walk into a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke real bad. Thank God the window opened. Then went to go to sleep and there was hair in between the sheets like the sheets have not been washed. Looked wrinkled also. Made bed back up. Cigarette holes in the blankets. Slept on top of covers. Go outside to smoke and there was twickers in the parking lot. The water goes from hot to cold the entire time you are taking a shower. More cold than hot. Do not stay here. Find some place else.
