Comfortable, affordable, quiet, friendly and safe. Been staying at this hidden gem since 2012. It's a great get away from the crowds and noise. Love the sleepy town of Falmouth; Waldo's and Town Landing Market for sandwiches and the beach w/ harbor for sunsets. Mackworth Island is a feast for the eyes. Maine owned and run.
I stayed here for the first time last night and I can definitely say I'm coming back! Everyone is so nice, the room is very clean and quiet, best water pressure from the shower! Definitely worth the money!

I Have stayed here numerous times. Prices are VERY reasonable any time of the year. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you want a clean, no frills room at a reasonable price this is the place to stay. Best of all they are dog friendly!
Clean room and comfy bed and friendly staff. Would recommend highly.
