This place was so unprofessional very unhappy with my experience..I took my fiance here for Valentine's day I rented 2 rooms, doors didn't want to work their rooms smelled funny and they woke us up at 9 am with construction,hope you can sleep through shattering glass and nail guns and a bunch of grown men thinking it's funny about rudely waking paying costumers. they have basic cable and old tvs so forget a movie..to top it off I paid 93 dollars per room and they couldn't even bring us a fork I will never go here again and I encourage anyone who thinks about staying here to keep driving to the next hotel literally motel 6 would have been a better option..I give this place a hard negative 5

I went online and booked the hotel and paid for it like 27 days in advance. we get home and 2 days later I have another charge on my credit card for more money. I called the econo Lodge all day long nobody answered the phone. Finally someone picked up and I was told it was because of an amenity charge for renovating the hotel. I consider that an illegal charge on my card. I paid the price I was quoted including taxes and then I got another charge on top of that.

The room was dirty, housekeeping did not wipe down anything, there was sticky stuff on the side table and other surfaces, I had to completely clean the room with sanitizing wipes that I brought with me, the floor had not been vacuumed, there was a broken ironing board that cut my brothers hand, I was expecting extra precautions taken because of COVID like your website says, the staff didn’t take any COVID precautions like the CDC suggests, nor did they do normal cleaning!!!

Staying at the hotel tonight is a nightmare the room is nasty and not even cleaned I was told I was goingnTo be in another building and they threw. Me in the back of the building which wasn’t right. Then to make matters worse I didn’t get my triple aaa discount at all which was upsetting. I wish they would of done that for me but they didn’t care to when I showed them my card and I wish I was in a different room or a different building but they didn’t care when I told them I wanted to change the room the person at the front counter didn’t care when I mentioned it I would never in my life stay here again
