Stayed at a few hundred hotels.. some better than others but what I appreciate overall is customer service. The gentleman, who I would assume to be the owner, is extremely helpful and urges to please. I felt compelled to recognize him first in this review.nnI am a fan of outside facing room entrances so ✔nPillow top mattresses ✔nWater pressure in the shower✔nNicer tv than most ✔nFriendly/helpful management ✔nnVery pleased.

Excellent customer service and room was clean and exceeded my expectations overall and great place to stay.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely nice. Whenever we are in need of a room in the Dixon area we always stay at the Dixon Super 8.
It was very pleasant experience. I stayed in one of the sweet very quiet had a hot tub superb decorations, free WiFi, freezer, microwave also it was very clean. The location was very convenient since very close to highway, Walmart,pizza hut subway, gas station, bank everything is in walking distance which is fantastic. Customer service was top notch. I will be back again and highly recommend it to all my friends.
