The owner has another new manager. I’m hoping to see more background checks on the people moving in. My Mom has lived here about 15yrs. It’s gone downhill in the past several years on how they maintain the park and do background checks on the people that live here. There’s been several children move in during the last 5 years and there are a couple of registered sex offenders who’ve lived there for many years and nothing has been done!

I am surprised at the condition of a lot of the homes there. It is starting to look run down and needs to be addressed before it gets too late.
Not a stereotypical trailer park. All the mobile homes look well taken care of and the property itself is very well maintained
