Bought a bike from here. Whoever helped me with fitting a bike was nice but no one offered to help me get it into my car which was odd because I work in retail too and I always ask customers If they need help loading a big purchase into their vehicle. I struggled getting it into my car and it would of been nice If they at least offered .
I purchased a bicycle and had a few questions.nI called and spoke to Bailey. She was very friendly and professional. She assured me when I had a few concerns and answered all my questions. Retail needs more people like this young lady! I’ve been a Retail Manager my entire career and believe me Bailey represents this company well with her personality and knowledge. If you need a bicycle, she’s the one to see.
Best selection of sizes for softball equipment for me. Plus the shoe selection is top quality. I love this store.
Whole shopping experience was awesome at this location. Young guy at the shoe section was super helpful and polite.
The female manager (short and obese) made fun of me for being too skinny. Would not recommend to anybody...
