Pool broken. Breakfast was poor, they didn’t mention when i booked so be warned they don’t cook food like eggs and bacon for breakfast. They only had food you have to microwave, brown bananas and bagels. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the bed and pillows where soft. Walls are also paper this so don’t book a room right next to your mother in law.
The property and customer service was excellent; however, I was very disappointed in the guests staying next to me. They were extremely rambunctious and carried on a party all night long screaming and laughing so loud I was woken up numerous times even at 2 and 3am. I chose not to let the front desk handle it due to concerns that I would be singled out for complaining. Otherwise the property and location was good and room was comfortable. I will refrain in the future staying here again for the above named reasons.
Customer service is excellent. However, the beds are hard as a brick. We could not sleep and asked for a refund in the middle of the night. They need to add some mattress pads or something.
It's an ok property. Room is fine and the price very reasonable at this. Be advised they are not doing daily maid service during covid-19.
For the most part a good, basic hotel. The construction was not so good because you can hear clearly what your neighbors are talking about and even you neighbors across the hallway. If you are a light sleeper just stay away. I will not stay again here.
