Does not value college students who want to work and contribute to society. Cannot contact the property owner. Discriminatory job practices. The GM picked up the phone and said “No you can’t speak with the GM, you can speak to me”...and I was a potential employee. Charisma and discernment cannot be taught clearly. They are right “Allison” is unprofessional. She cannot define hospitality because she lacks it herself. Why is she working here? I am unsure. Turning away potential employees who know great communication skills are at the forefront of customer service (plus charisma and intellect) cannot be taught. She claims 1-2 years at a hotel is better than a 4 year BA. SAD.
Nice hotel. Kind People and good price. The sofa bed feels old and unconfort.
Was hoping to go swimming and looked for a hotel exclusively with a pool and they had nothing on their website indicating no pool available but upon check in I was informed that the room service, pool and hot breakfast was all unavailable due to covid. I understand restrictions but you should make Publix aware when most of the amenities are not available. The hotel was very clean but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and if you aren't going to do room service you could at least put extra towels and shampoo/ conditioner in the room for guests staying multiple nights.
Nice hotel. Very comfortable bed. Sadly the amenities were very restricted. And a very limited breakfast.
No issues with the stay. Nice clean, big room. Nice location right off I88 interstate. Friendly staff. I would recommend the hotel.
