We booked our room and it was paid for in advance, while we arrived to our room our bed sheets had hair all over them as well as a blood stain. We immediately requested a room change and Brian at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. While upgrading to our new room we found multiple yellow stains and more hair on the bed. Brian immediately refunded our money and agreed that it was completely unacceptable. Rooms are a 0/10. But Brian is definitely a 10/10.
Do not go to this hotel it dirty and disgusting. And please if you do anything dont book through booking.com they give you no way to get your money back. They will charge your reservation through another company and refuse to give you that company's contact information they are scamming people save yourself.
Poor managemanet stayed hear before with no issues will be calling Better Business Bureau. Poor communication on cancellation policy’s lost a whole day in the process of upgrading to a better room. I encourage anyone to find a hotel who is accommodating to their guests customer service is key!
The hotel room was clean, and everything seemed to be working during my stay. I did realize that there were a lot of interesting characters milling about outside, but they weren't loud or disruptive. I noticed one of the doors to another room had a blanket shoved in the door, as if the doors didn't seal well. My room was slightly drafty, but the heater worked so it didn't bother me. Overall, pretty average. The rates were good for needing a place to stay last minute.
Room looks clean but has the distinct smoke smell everywhere I would not expect this place to be like this knowing the neighborhood
