I enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and the staff was super friendly and very helpful with anything I needed. Also your front desk Alexis is very polite was able to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend coming to this location!
I enjoyed my stay here, felt cozy and welcomed. Alexis made sure my family and I had everything we needed for our stay. Service was great, we will be visiting again!
The only thing I’ve enjoyed about this hotel is that it was affordable. Other than that, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an Extended Stay America. I was placed on the first floor, in a non-smoking hallway that is filled with the smell of cigarette smoke when you walk in the back door by Bond Street. There have also been a couple dogs who have been barking a lot; one of them is a larger breed that has been barking almost non-stop since I arrived. I reported the dog TWICE and it still continues. I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, but there should be a pet policy (which I looked and did not find) that states all animals need to be under control at all times and not disturb the peace no matter what time of day it is. I will also add that my room was not 100% clean when I arrived to it. I ended up cleaning what wasn’t clean just so I could be satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.
I loved staying here. The location was exactly what I was looking for and the staff was super friendly and very helpful with anything and everything I needed. Would highly recommend coming to this location!
