We stayed here for 8 months due to my husband working in Illinois. I must say the staff and everyone was so great, and accommodating. Especially Carmen, and Darius was awesome. If you planning to be in the area for extended period of time this is definitely the best place. Also, the amenities and the pond make you feel like home.
It's a young lady who was in housekeeping that was super helpful and Nice Her name starts with a D I cannot remember her full name but I will know when I hear the name. She helped us out and went above and beyond to assist with the issues that we had.
Very good location. Rooms cheap and clean. Shower very good. Staff helpful and friendly

Great location to grand central and the bull ring, room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and staff where very friendly.
