I really appreciate the staff and management Mrs. Natasha for my 6months stay. My room was very clean, I always had what I needed. The professionalism and friendliness from this location made it a home away from home.
Been here twice. First time good. Second time had issues with the toilet wanting to flush.
I picked this place because I felt it was safe for my mom and aunt who are both over 70. The first room i was assigned the dresser front just fell off when we touched the dresser the front fell off.. the TV was leaning and looking like it was going to fall and the remote didn't work and all the cabinets were peelingnRoom 2 on third floor which was my only option or a refund as we exited the elevator the entire hallway reeked of Marijuana neither room had no hangers so we placed our coats on the table because there were no chairs.. spoke to the front desk who brought a chair and a new remote.. the door did not have a security latch lock on it. My mom didn't want to be a bother so she asked me to leave it alone but I was very disappointed.
