Customer Service was Outstanding! Room was clean. Although they were in the process of renovations that limited access to amenities, such as some food items, the area offered convenient access to several restaurants. I highly recommend, Liang's, if you enjoy Asian cuisine. The only issue was with other Hoteliers smoking in the exit hall across from my room door and leaving the exit door open. But, this was not the Holiday Inn's fault.

I can't explain to you my level of satisfaction. This hotel is absolutely flawless. The customer service is outstanding. I was always greeted and checking out was a breeze.

I had my reservation booked through a 3rd party, this Holiday Inn does not take cards without a chip, even if you already paid. Now I have to call the agent to cancel the reservation.nnOn a weekend.nI'm on hold.n30 minutes now.nIt's COLD.nnSo, for those of you Truckers out there that want to stay here, good luck. Those who had their cards replaced, and/or have a temporary card, without your name on it, you're out of luck, find somewhere else.

Horrible. We booked two rooms and upon arrival only one room was ready. After waiting THREE HOURS our other room was still not ready. We decided to a cancel the second room because of the lack in service and were assured on three separate occasions we would not be charged for the second room and still were charged. We were blatantly lied too and we still have not secured a refund of any kind. I travel for work and because of COVID have to keep an even more strict budget than normal and am completely inconvenienced and set behind by this issue. Very disappointed overall.

Hard to rate because of ongoing renovations. No breakfast bar or pool/fitness because of covid. Room and beds clean and comfortable
