Me and fiance' checked into this hotel on 1/29/2021. As we were walking to our room there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway of the hotel. When we checked into our room the room was dirty a bed bug bit my fiance' on the arm. The refrigerator wasn't clean,the carpet was awful and the desk chair was peeling,remote to the television wasn't working. We went up to the front desk and told them that it was unacceptable and we requested to get a refund. The front desk gave us another room for the night. The next day we were getting ready to leave for a while and we come to find out that the door to the room was not locking on the outside only on the inside. We went and reported it to the front desk and they notified maintenance. The front desk offered us another room, however we were still inconvenienced by having to pack all of our belongings and put them back into the car because they did not have any rooms ready at that time.So we had to come back hours later to get another room . We got the key for another room and the bathroom ceiling was falling down the sink was raggedy and the towel holder was sitting on the back of the toilet because it had fell off the wall. The carpet was dirty, the microwave or the refrigerator wasn't plugged up because there wasn't a plug behind the location of the two appliances so my fiance' had to plug the microwave in the wall by the door. We will never stay at this hotel again because the condition of the place was unacceptable. This place of business needs to be shut down and I will be reporting this hotel to the Better Business Bureau.

This place was disgusting. For one the couch cushions were all ripped up and clearly the room was not cleaned. The carpet was so nasty. And the bed was stained. The pull out couch looked broken. The flooring in the bathroom looked as though it was on it's way to caving in. The front desk staff at the time was very rude. The rolling chair in room was nearly broken as well. If you're in the area I would definately try one of the two other hotels in this same location.

Ok this place has some issues due to what's going on. Yet if you need a quick place off the road it will do. Truly not the super greatest but it will be a clean bed and roof over your head

This hotel is very terrible...!! I checked in at around 10pm so the next morning, I realized the microwave didn’t work, the window kitten was broken, the TV remote was also broken, the walls had something that looked like blood splatter, the bathroom ceiling was messed up, light stand next to the bed was broken and the shower handle was also broken as well. When I confronted the service desk, the guy told me there was no room available. When I asked for a new microwave since I had two kids and that I needed to warm their food, he told me there was no additional microwave. So I requested for the microwave that they used behind the front desk, yet he refused to give it to me. The staff told me that I should have checked the room before settling in/down. Long story short, do not waste your time staying at this hotel as I will never recommend this to anyone. Worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!!

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance, its really run down. There was a large bag of trash sitting in front of our room door after we checked in and went up to our room. when we checked in at 3pm Housekeeping still was cleaning some of the rooms and had there carts and various other trash in the middle of the hallway. I had to go back downstairs three times because the key cards didn't work. The hallway smelled like sewage. The water pressure in the shower sucked. We took the stairs down to leave out for a bit and there was debris and dirty towels in the hallway. I don't understand why this hotel has a 4 star rating...
