The rooms needs lot works in all building.
Terrible room was filthy including the tub , yes rooms are reasonable but it could be clean way better. heat doesn’t work in room that we was given . Front desk agent mention free room to a couple if they gave a 5 star rating on website . IF YOU ARE VISITING THIS AREA PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR A ROOM THIS ISNT IT VERY TERRIBLE!!!!
We went to 7 to 10 different hotels that night and the lady that checked us in at Red Roof should get a raise or a week's paid vacation or something. I know those other hotels (the ones surrounding Red Roof) are definitely going to get some ba... honest reviews
Got a room it seemed like it had not even been used in months, control had no batteries, no towels, phone had buttons,floor was dirty, walls are dirty , etc.nI think they need to ask for a deposit in order for people to care for the place , it seems like they at some point were nice but like the Owner has lost interest in putting paint,and new stuff in them , due to the majority of ppl who just rent them to party and go wild , if they asked for a deposit maybe just maybe people would care to not destroy this place, it reeks of weed and cigarettes. It’s truly sad how full adults can do this. I’m so sorry for the owner honestly , not worth the money if you only get wreckers to rent it .
This place has newer appliances then Elhkart, it's cleaner, best mattress I ever been on in hotel. Only complaint the A/C is NOT blowing cold air. I cleaned filter sine it was dirty hoped it help. Didnt. It's cooler outside then in room, for a warm night. While wiping down tables my wipe didn't turn dirty. GREAT JOB LANSING ILLINOIS.
