I don't know where to begin. You're better off at Red Roof Inn. This place was filthy, heat didn't work in any room after switching rooms 3 times we got our money back. Tile chipping, jacuzzi just looked nasty, staff horrible, towels hard and dingy looking. Don't waste your money. You'd be more comfortable sleeping in your carud83dudcaf

The hotel looks horrible. They say they are renovating it but who knows how long that sign has been up. I know issues with customer service. My room was beat up. The TV didn’t work nor did the lamp near it.nnMy bed mattress had an indent in it. I brought my own sheets because of the bed bug reviews but I felt itchy after I stayed. I killed a bug in the bathroom. The bathroom vent was loud. The refrigerator over froze my food and drinks.nnOne good thing was the heat did work properly even though the unit looked beat up. Room service didn’t come in during my stay (which was probably a good thing). The top nail lock on the door was ripped off at one point in time and never replaced.nnThe door was loose when i closed it upon exiting the room. My key stopped working after the 3rd but customer service was able to reactivate it right away (a good point).nnOverall, they need to demolish or close down the hotel until they fully “renovate” it because it’s definitely unkept, unsanitary and unsafe. It gives me roach motel vibes!

Worst hotel ever parking lot litered with garbage managment pretended not to know about it, dangerous neighborhood rooms dirty and stained. Stayed there for 2 nights did not feel safe.

This place needs to be demolished. The lobby has water damage on the cilling. The jetted suite I reserved was horrible they painted the bottom of the jetted tub with wall paint. The wood around the pool was water damaged and peeling... then she showed me a room with white spots on the carpet, pool was in the same condition as the first one.
