Absolutely terrible service, to get medicine you will have to make several trips and once you get there it's not ready or they don't have your insurance info (even though you picked up part of your medication order in the morning and was told to return). Highly unorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. It's terrible to see the community receive this terrible service when so many people rely on them.
The pharmacy service is very bad and slownI ask for my medicine and they never spoke to me to say it was ready
Walmart has been closed for 3 weeks. They have left us with no access to their pharmacy. Vital refill on prescriptions have been unavailable to my family. It has been a challenge to move the prescription to another pharmacy. Doctors are overwhelmed and wait times are long and tiresome. Walmart is cowardly hiding by choosing to stay closed and turning their backs to the Belmont Craigin Community.
I had the worst experience here first they failed to notify me or reach out to call me about my prescription that I should have gotten seven days ago! When I did finally tried to pick up my prescription customer service was very terrible and not helpful at all
