My experience of getting a vaccine here was very smooth. Not sure why this place has so many complaints.
Call corporate and let them know how their performing daily. Walgreens needs to provide mandatory customer service training for their pharmacy staff at this location only. I’ve never experience service @ any other pharmacies or other Walgreens locations like I have at this Walgreens. This pharmacy has 10 people working behind pharmacy and the wait time is 45 minutes or longer in store or at drive thru just to pick up your medication!!! Other pharmacies have 2 people working and your total wait time for picking up meds and payment no longer than 5 minutes in store or drive thru!!!!
The staff is pretty good however the stocks are kinda low.
If you like waiting for 45 minutes inside or in the drive thru for your prescription, this place is for you!
I been waiting in this drive thur for an hour already this is beyond ridiculous so unprofessional.
