This shop is a local gem. I've been going for the past 16 years. It's refreshing to see shops like these in Humboldt Park. Honest prices and quality work

The rear derailleur of my commuter bike began giving me trouble on my ride home where it was sporadically shifting gears then finally threw the chain off the idlers as I got off the 606. I walked over to International Bike Shop and they pointed out that the rear derailleur completely failed and would need about three hours to fully repair it. Since I was in a rush to get home, they were able to get the chain back on the idlers and told me not to shift or I'd lose the chain again. I appreciate the quick and honest help and had I not been in a rush I would have had them perform the additional service. The temp fix was enough to get me home. Thanks.

Awesome shop, great inventory, I'd give 5 stars but it's never never never never ever ever ever ever ever open. I don't know how they stay in business.

Very nice people there. Stopped in while riding on that side of town. Lots of parts/accessories and bikes for sale. Honest labor prices.
