Very nice, clean hotel. Great stay even though we had to wait on a room. I know everyone was working hard to fix the problem. Staff members were very welcoming despite being in a very stressful situation. The staff members were amazing.
I came in last night late after driving 8 hours. I am driving an additional 8 hours today. I stayed here 3 months ago and had an amazing experience. I had a nice walk-in shower, clean room, and a quiet stay. This stay did not go as well. I have a short tub with pink mildew all around the caulk line. The walls and trim have dirty smears on them. These are pet friendly rooms but I think the stuff in plain sight should be cleaned. Not to mention it says cleaned for COViDud83eudd23Also, I was awakened at 8:50 by a power drill and hammering. My alarm was set for 10. Since 915 I have been listening to very loud talking by the housekeeping staff right outside my door. They are laughing and have an actual radio blasting right outside my door. Oh well...I will go for breakfast. On my way back an elevator opens and the worker with the drill and ladder gets out, with no mask on at all!!! He then looks at me like I am crazy bc I don’t rush into the elevator after him. I will not be back here if my travel nursing takes me in this direction again ud83dude14

Customer service was amazing ud83dudc4f Above and beyond. Great parking for larger vehicles. Clean facilities. The staff went above the recommended breakfast requirements which gave more safe options trying to accommodate all! Great job! In this time the small things make the difference
Clean, cozy, convenient and relaxing. Love having a fridge & microwave. Thank you for the lovely room and friendly staff. Especially when we’re all dealing with COVID. I debated driving all the way to Chicago for a high end hotel, but I had everything I needed here!
