I looked at other communities and homes first, but I'm really glad I chose PR. It's quiet and people are friendly; it is also safe and well maintained. I love my new home -- it really suits me! The only negative is that the community does not have a swimming pool (please build one)! Oh, and I need someone to mow my grass -- for free of course! ud83dude43
The community residents are fantastic. But the park manger and personnel have not fulfilled their obligations in improving lot conditions which is horrid since you actually have to comply with their mandated mowing levels yet you could literally kill yourself in the massive holes and ruts. As of this date they also can not submit information to the correct email address after being notified of the correct email address for the last 8 months

We bought a home here and we absolutely love the community. The nights are peaceful and quiet and the residents here are wonderful people. Zack and Carol in the office are so nice and made the process of buying our home fun and easy. We are beyond happy to call this community home.
