I stayed there 3-27-21, the room hadn’t been cleaned. Dusty, dingy towels, long black hairs all over the brown blankets, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned...like at all... no sweeping, and definitely not been mopped in a long time. The people in the adjoining rooms were super noisy, partying, honking their horns in the middle of the night(2am and on), setting off their alarms and yelling outside.nI stayed at the Sleep Inn on the west side the night before, and for the same price, I gave them 4 stars... but really after the experience I had at this place, I should have just given them a 5 star. No comparison. Sorry RRI, I’ll never stay here again or advise anyone else either. Hopefully they read the reviews and actually work on their cleanliness or just get a new crew.
The gentleman behind the desk who seemed to always be there, he went above and beyond for me and my dogs. Our lives have been recently torn apart and he made me feel like it didn't suck as much as I thought it did. I appreciate people who are like this who work with the public.
I stayed here with my ESA dog for months as I was caught in the pandemic shutdown between apartments and a job. I found it to be quite satisfactory, and the nonsmoking section was usually very quiet. I felt completely safe. True, it is not a 5 star establishment, you won't find valet parking or a mint on your pillow. But it was perfectly safe and a good value for the money. Staff is also quite nice!
This location may have just changed management, no wifi even though it says wifi available on website. I ran the water for 5 minutes to get to shower, water was still cold in the morning . Room is clean and large, bed is clean, cost of renting is cheap compared to other hotels in the area.Suggest that they should make some renovations if they want happier customers
If I could give it no stars I WOULD!!! Bad mattresses, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, door would not open and it is only 0 degrees outside. Cops show up to arrest someone 2doors down. No elevator and the stairs had not been cleaned off covered in ice... No hot water to take a shower, room stunk and was dirty along with sheets and blankets. Hair all over the shower and used razor blades on the bathroom floor. Please people stay away from this Hotel!!!
