It's okay. It has a kitchenette. That helps. Beds could be better and pillows are not great. My neighbor has a dog that yaps well before the sun rises. My room has a weird cucumber smell, seems they tried to clean animal urine (not 100% successful). I didn't choose this hotel, work did. So at least it isn't me paying for it. They do have social nights Mon-Wed. People seem to enjoy that.
I was in Springfield due to a family illness. The staff were welcoming, encouraging, patient, and very helpful from the moment I arrived, even helping me with my luggage after 10 pm on New Year's Eve! Public spaces and my room were clean and comfortable. The New Year's Day ice store and snow that followed several times in the following days did not phase the team. The walks were always safe and parking lot plowed. Non-stick cookware in the room could stand replacement as it was scratched and peeling, but the rest of the equipped kitchen was in good condition.nnI was thrilled that they had figured out how to host a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, and more) in the midst of Covid (the only property I have stayed in since March that had managed that feat). While I did not use it, I was glad to see the indoor pool was open.nnI plan to use this property for myself and my family any time we are in town.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in.nI travel 3 weeks out of each month and this is at the top of my list.nStaff was excellent. No request to small or large. Hot breakfast each morning and dinner provided each night with free drink including beer and wine.nI will be staying at a Residence Inn every time I travel if at all possible.
This hotel was very clean and I would definitely come back. The gym was so big and always clean. The staff there were amazing and always available.
Staff was friendly, room we had was equipped with a kitchen good for long stays. Has a indoor sauna and pool. Outside nice little basketball court. Close to a lot of restaurants like Red lobster, IHOP and more just pick one enjoy.
