I have lived here for twenty plus years. We have raised both our sons here. This park has exchanged many hands over these years with now being changed this month, Strive only owned it last year and sold it off!!! We have watched many come and go over the years. It was really nice when we moved in, and they ran checks on everyone who moved in now they let anyone back here. The lot rent was two hundred and twenty-five dollars then , and now were up to five hundred and six dollars. With these new owners who knows what will happen. Unfortunately we still owe on our house , but were going to try to sell it anyway and move.
The place needs a huge over haul. The trailers are old and a lot of the neighbors are rude and disrespectful. Don't get me wrong there are nice people there but unfortunately when people come to visit they only see the rude people out and acting up. The rent continues to go up. I moved in 3 years ago and it was 750 now it is almost 900 trust me it's not worth it.
Nice, quiet trailer park. They have speed bumps for safety. Great idea!
Need to clean up some of the trailers and help with the stray cat problem
Very unprofessional and it must be ran by people that have no family valyes. Quick to call cops for dumb stuff but the office seems its ran by young irresponsible people
