You will have great service, nice welcoming cookies, and a decent price. However the rooms are old feeling and outdated. If you want high end..go elsewhere. This is more for vacations on a budget.. I wanted to save $$ so mission accomplished!
This hotel was clean and nice. I just experienced a few quirks that would not stop me from going again. I paid for free breakfast and the hotel did not honor it with my reservation. However, it was a great atmosphere overall and we surely enjoyed the pool as they had 50 people capacity limit.
Kids love the fool
My wife and I stayed here, it’s a nice hotel. They do not have refrigerators in the rooms, you have to request one if needed. The restaurant was good though they did burn my pork chop but promptly cooked a replacement chop. Jason at the front desk was on point, he was very helpful and friendly. When I asked for a refrigerator he had one sent to my room immediately. every hotel needs someone like him, though sadly they all do not.
With covid going on you would think the hotel would enforce its mask policy when out of your room but they do not. Upon checking in teenagers were running around through the hallways knocking on doors and running off. My wife had to check the teenagers and tell them to calm the hell down and be respectful. When we got to our room after waiting for the elevator for 5 plus minutes we were extremely unhappy. The room smelled of smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. The furniture had dust from last month on it. No refrigerator, no working phone, stains on pull out sofa and bathroom needed a better clean than what it had received. $424 for two nights. This place is a dump and i will NEVER stay here again.
