For it to be a non smoking room/hotel it smelled like smoke. Got home and suitcase and everything smells like smoke ( we are non smokers). It wasn’t just our room there was two other rooms rented out and they had same problem. Non of our refrigerators worked and two air conditioners didn’t work right. They also tried to call us after we was half way there and say they didn’t have us a room because they were sold out.
Terrible location. Staff was pleasant and nice however the hotel is filthy nasty and not fit for a family stay. Went to this location and the floors are raggedy and torn. Walls are nasty, microwave and Fridge are nasty, Hallways are terrible, there was hair on the pillows, the lamp shades are torn and stained so badly. I was highly disappointed. They post old pics on the website to deceive people into a nonrefundable stay. The booking sites need to research to guarantee these accommodations.
The front deck clerk is so sweet and very helpful she should get a raise she does her job very good
You get what you pay for. Fairly priced. They have smoking rooms. Pretty clean. Employees always nice.
Was given a room with somebody all ready in it. Went back to front desk and got another room. Room is clean and smells pleasant.
