The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous. Great communication skills,super patient with me and my many questions and very knowledgeable. I will most definitely come back whenever I'm back this way
Great service. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Compared to the Midwest motel this is a vast improvement. I would stay here again. Recommend if you're on a budget and want a decent room with no interruptions. Also has mini refrigerator, microwave and AC & heater.
I just want to say to ANYONE that visits Collinsville, Illinois stay away from this place!! I recommend my friends to come stay here was I wrong, I stayed there before and the owners then I had no problems with. I left my room Saturday morning to head home for Easter weekend I get back today which was my day to pay again for another week. I was informed by the receptionist my belongings were packed up out my room and said my card was declined which I know was a LIE, I then proceeded to go get the money off the same card they said was declined and came back then I was informed that I've been late paying every time which was another lie!! Then I was told they wouldn't except my cash only card, but was just told my card was declined... By the way I have more than enough money on my card.. I don't recommend no one to stay here I was treated like garbage by these people....
Great room But Price is high. But all in all. I had a great night sleep. I give five stars for great beds and being very clean. Also great shower as well.
