Our first room was filthy, hair on the sheets, sheets weren’t washed, floor had dead bugs, rat poop, and dirt all over it, beds were disgusting. Seen a roach So we complained and got a new room. Beds were clean. Floors were too. Things were fine until we seen a big roach. Decided not to stay. I will say, had very good service. The lady was super sweet. Probably the best part of the motel. Her name was Missy.!

On arrival I asked if I was being charged twice and got a little attitude but paid anyway . Room was clean but no extra toilet paper , less than 15% on the roll.Fire alarm wires were hanging from ceiling. Got to sleep around 11 PM then at 520 am fire alarm goes off,someone was smoking in their room . So tired. I should get complimentary room for this . Also there are abandon vehicle's sitting around, trashy.

Clean, comfortable, secure little motel almost exactly halfway between Springfield, MO and Pittsburgh, PA. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Friendly staff but the room had water on the floor and had bed bugs. Nice dog relief area outside the building with doggie poop bags available.
