Easy in and out. Staff always professional. Now to sign up to get Vaccination against COVID-19 when it arrives. Told to begin scheduling Appointments/ suppose to begin Tuesday in Fultondale, AL.

Better to go to another pharmacy. They have messed up on multiple occasions. If you do choose this pharmacy or have been with them and want to change, double check if they made the transfer to another location for prescriptions and double check if they filled out the right amount. One time, I got 30 pills out of 60 of one prescription. I never brought it up and rolled with it since I had leftover from the previous month. On another occasion, they only gave me 2 out of 3 months of another prescription and left one of the packages empty. Because of their mistake, I had to pay $30 out of pocket since my insurance wouldn’t cover it after they made that mistake and I wasn’t due for another one in a month. I did not want to waste my time calling insurance to get a refund, so I just dealt with it. Transfers are crazy too.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 18 years. They have had the same pharmacist this entire time (Brian). I have had nothing but great service. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I moved to GARDENDALE but still use the Fultondale location because of the trust they have built with my family. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Not like the Walgreens down the highway in Gardendale, this store rocks. Great people....Great service.
