I have family and friends in the area, so I usually end up needing to reserve a room 3 or more times a year. I am always pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the staff is always courteous and friendly (as well as efficient and professional). I enjoy staying here, and look forward to it each time.

Wonderful experience, under the circumstances. Recent ice storm rendered it short on some supplies and the breakfast bar was a bit lacking, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and warm! Very close to restaurants. Staff was great. After a week of living in a house with no power or water, the hotel was Nirvana!

Front desk was very nice , When I got into the room I went to take a shower befor I get into any tub I always check it to see if it is clean good thing I did so there was long black hair all in bottom of tub and it was also clogged, I called up front she had a man come down he said only thing he could do was unclog the drain , I told him there was no way I would get into a dirty tub they could move me or clean it ! He said no there for I called front desk again told them she sent him back he cleaned it . This wasn’t the 1 st time staying there and I had problems befor I wanted to give them another chance because they are so close to the hospital where I had to go , all I can say is if you stay there when you get into your room check everything befor you bring your things in.

You get what you pay for no matter what the name of the hotel is in WV. They put a blue sticker on your door to assure you the room has been carefully cleaned. We find someone's blue ice pack in the freezer with a curly hair in the freezer beside it. Curly hair doesn't come from the head or an arm. Gross. Check out the pictures and you decide. Some trim work and a cart you dont have to fight the whole time would have made things better. You get what you pay for.

Clean, comfortable bed, slept like a baby! Excellent service. Practicing COVID procedures. Checked in at 2am after long drive. Worried about not unloading entire car. Was assured no crime in area & let me park in front under the lights where staff could see out the front door.
