Rockhaven B&B and Harpers Ferry: The Perfect PairingnnWhat can I say about Harpers Ferry, WV, that hasn’t already been said? I suppose many have written about the physical beauty of the town, but there’s also beauty in the knowledge that small town America still exists. Honest, friendly, community minded people are the real beauty of Harpers Ferry.nnIf you are like me, from out of the area, I encourage you to walk through town at least twice a day. I found the many deer that call HF home beautiful, and the fireflies (dusk) magical. The rivers give a certain comfort in knowing that the town will go on forever. I hope that I never grow tired of these things.nnLynn and Christian, the Rockhaven Hosts, welcomed me into their home shortly after the covid restrictions were lifted. I was reassured by their words and actions that every precaution known to science was being observed. Both Hosts were gracious and attentive, and the room met all my needs (and then some!). Terrific gardens, quiet neighborhood, historic main building all spell class and charm. There is not a single thing I would change.nnAs I prepare for my return home, I feel like I’m saying goodbye to family. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend Rockhaven B&B to anyone looking for lodging in historic Harpers Ferry, WV.

We wanted a one day getaway that's only a little over an hour drive from Baltimore and we could not have picked a better place! The owners , Lynn & Christian, are very warm folks, the garden is tranquil, and their beautiful place is literally a block away from Hamilton, an excellent restaurant, that they recommended. And inside the B&B, it's beautiful. We stayed in the top floor which is so cozy and really well set up- there was granola and yoghurt and snack bars, and mini muffins, cellphone charger, a tv, sofa, bed, chairs and a mini dining area. We appreciate how Lynn and Christian upcycled some of the furniture. Our only regret is not having stayed longer which we hope to do in the near future!

My mom, sister and I stayed at Rockhaven B&B for a girls weekend in Harper's Ferry. Lynn and Christian have created a wonderful retreat for their guests. They are attentive and have really thought of every detail - from the yummy yogurt parfaits for breakfast, to hot coffee in the mornings, to recommendations for activities in Harper's Ferry. The home and gardens are beautiful. It's clear they love hosting and it shows in the personal touches all over the property. You will love your stay!

Lynn & Christian are awesome! Very down to earth and friendly. Warm and inviting. Their b&b is a gorgeous mix of rustic, classic, & eclectic musings. Location is everything. Can't beat Harper's Ferry!!!
