The hotel was clean, friendly service, rooms were just as pictured. Complimentary coffee in rooms or front lobby. Heated indoor pool. And the White Horse Tavern inside the hotel is a great place for food or a few drinks. Bonus, the hotel has a license (I forgot what kind they told me) so that you can drink throughout the property. Which means you can take a drink from the bar back to your room, outside by the fire pit, or even to the pool.
The staff is amazing! The manager (Tyler) even helped us get a bus (river riders) to take us around for the night for a great price. Our driver (Debbie) was awesome! We had a large group of us and they accommodated us more than we could have asked for. We will always stay there. And the food at the white horse tavern is amazing and so is the staff.
Very clean, mattress and pillows very comfy, it was quiet and the time for the pool is nice 10-10. Breakfast not so good but expected because of Cov-19, they gave few options so it was OK. Will visit again. The restaurant a bit pricey I think, they should give a real discount to hotel guess, food is good and friendly staff.
Megan was a true pleasure upon check in, provided all information I needed for an amazing stay. Pool was empty just us so we had a great time! The housekeeping was on point! My room was Covid clean from top to bottom! We enjoyed an amazing dinner in the Tavern. And in the morning the Executive Housekeeper Mil was working the desk and she was bright cheerful and just the sweetest thing ever. Breakfast was grab and go because of Covid but I was informed of that upon check in. Just over all AMAZING STAY! We will be returning! It’s our new “go to hotel”
Thank you for taking care of us over the weekend. The staff is WONDERFUL! You placed us all in a row for my Niece's 30th birthday. The rooms were great, pool was warm and the Tavern Food was amazing. We will be back for sure. Always thanks for recommending the River Riders Bus service, Debbie was a Hoot.
