I’ve only been here for one night so far but the staff is soo nice, especially Kurt! they fixed our reservation when it was accidentally messed up on our end, with no problems! Breakfast was really really good! Beds are super comfy! No complaints at all.
I stayed here for two days.The free breakfast and pool was just the good beginnings. I want to especially mention the wonderful staff. Kurt Bennett was a wonderful desk attendant. In the wee hours of 3am, I couldn't sleep and came down to the lobby to see if I could watch some TV as my room guests were sleeping and I couldn't watch TV in the room. He accommodated my request with TV in the lounge area. Then I told him I couldn't call home because my phone wasn't working right and he said he'd try to help me fix it. He was most helpful in all areas I needed. You have a great employee in him. The day attendant and Sandra were both nice, kind and helpful and went out of their way to help with the pool and things to do. The housekeeping staff helped with extra towels and cleaning. You all made my stay great. I would highly recommend you all.
I have stayed here many times for both work and personal. All the employees I have had a chance to interact with have been nothing but nice and helpful. The rooms are always nice and ready for the relaxation time. Close to may great restaurants with a wide variety of menu options.
Staff was AMAZING! Kim & curt aybthe front desk were awesome! They joked around with my children like they were family ( & that's a huge plus). The entire staff treated us like family. The dryer went out on my friend so they let her use their huge dryer in the back & the house keeper offered to hold her 6 month old while she switched out her laundry load. It was clean & the beds were so comfy. Unfortunately, we were able to eat their breakfast bar but we're planning another stay there soon. Plus, the hotel was walking distance to restaurants, gas stations, & a family dollar. I highly recommend!
Very helpful staff. His name was Ken or Kevin or Keith? Pretty dirty place overall. No shampoo or soap in my room. I don't like that the sink and toilet are in different rooms. Luggage carrier wheels didn't roll. There was some sort of yellow stain on my sheet so I slept on the cover. Forgot to take a picture. Ugh ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
