Had a reservation for 4/10, decided to come a day early called the hotel booked a room for 4/9. Everything was setup(so we thought) upon arrival at 11pm on 4/9 the clerks told me that my card had declined & they sold my room & couldn’t help me. They wouldn’t even try to help instead they were rude & disrespectful. Laughed at me as I was walking out of the door. So we went to a different Hotel used the same card that they said declined & the card never declined. On 4/10 I received a phone call from the clerk asking if I wanted to cancel my reservation for the evening i said unfortunately I can’t because I won’t get a full refund she insisted I would & canceled the reservation. Well 3pm 4/10 they charged my card for the full price. I called the hotel & the lady I spoke to was actually very helpful & the nicest one I had spoken with yet. My MIL & SIL ended up having to stay at this location & they will never stay there again. Between the drunks, the fights, the crackheads & rude staff they did not enjoy their stay. I highly recommend finding another location to stay at other than this dump of a motel.

Great staff. Very clean. Best motel in the immediate area compared to the other 4. Especially for the price. Pet friendly. A little more expensive than Econo lodge & Knights Inn but definitely worth it.

Friendly staff and pretty room... only complaint is that there was a heavy mildew smell in our bathroom... coming in late from the Bristol dirt race made us o er look that tho, we would stay again.

First my room was filthy, there was trash under the bed, food beside the fridge and roaches. Absolutely disgusting. There were covid rooms all over and they DO NOT inform you of this which they should. They are suppose to be in quarantine, yea right they're running around all over spreading covid. Now my brother is laying in the hospital with covid. Also, you will see housekeepers cleaning with a cigarette in their mouth. Suppose to be non smoking by the way.
