No one wore masks. The pool was closed and not advertised as such. The staff was aloof. Only two employees said hello. The room was fine and the food was great, but Rafters was disgusting and the bartender served us in disposable cups. I'm pretty sure Covid allows you to wash glasses. Never again.
A very nice hotel compared to others within 20 miles. It has a nice pool and restaurant when they are clear to reopen. They have good management and staff as well.
Stayed here in June during covid and the place was very clean and the wings from the bar were great. Would stay again
DONT STAY HERE!! Not even worth 1 star!nThis property needs major updates! And maybe a good deep clean as well. The hall ways and rooms have a funny smell as soon as you enter. The rooms a run down. stains on the walls, curtains and floors. Thought the pool was going to be the best part. Front desk is taking temps of everyone getting in the pool. (Or so they say) and only 15 people are allowed in the pool area at a time for an hour at a time. Key cards must be returned to front desk after pool use. Go to get in the pool and realise the door to the pool is always unlocked. Anyone and everyone can enter as they please I counted 15 people in the pool already at this time with atleat 2 other family's waiting to enter with pool keys. The restaurant attacted to this hotel I wouldn't recommend either seems like a spot for the local rift raft to hang out and chan smoke. I wouldn't trust anything coming out of that kitchen.
They are having problems with their hot water and said they have a call in to fix it, but are doing nothing to make up for the fact that guests are not able bath. They gave some guy an excuse earlier that they'll have a manager contact him. The beds are also like sleeping on a rock.
