Hands down best place to stay in town. Super budget friendly. The staff are always willing to assist with whatever you need. The pool is in perfect condition to swim. The rooms stay cool,2 TVs, and kitchenette.
First the costumer service was spot on during the pandemic. All my needs and requests were met with smiling faces. The cleaning staff was on point with staff and guests safety. With maintaining safe distancing and mandatory PPE. May job requires me to have package s delivered. The would either bring them to me or call me to let e know they have arrived. The whole staff knew y full name and greeted me as such every single day. The amenities are priced reasonable and were always in working order. After hours customer service I had no complaints. There were a few times After hour my electronic key would lose its programming due to my job. And would graciously meet in minutes to help me gain access. I have personally thanked each and everyone on the staff. And I continue to stay for my job but wanted everyone how of a joy this hotel is.
Fabulous in my humble opinion. A one bedroom suite with two beds, a queen sized bed and a twin bed plus a very large flat screen TV. The bathroom includes a shower in a tub combination, with plenty of hot water. The front room also has a flat screen TV and comfortable couch. This room includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, double sinks, stove with oven large enough to cook a turkey, a microwave, island counter and pleanty of cupboards that have all the necessary dishes, cups, bowls and plates and kooking utensils. The daily rate is under$40.00. Outstanding!
I had no hot water and when I did it was just enough to get my hair wet. Neither my bathroom sink or kitchenette sink worked. My room was not cleaned once the two weeks I stayed there. They never answered the phones.
I love this hotel and that's why I keep coming back but the one thing I don't love is the air conditioners this is a second air conditioner that seems to go on and off when it feels like it and I think they probably need to clean them out or something but last night it was a hot night because the air conditioner completely quit but the pool is the most cleanest pool I've ever seen and it's a quiet hotel pretty much except for in the parking lot at night
