Good Hotel. I always go to Del rio and when I stayed first time at this hotel , I felt good.nBig rooms and suits for $60 cannot beat that.nVery nice.
Prior to our stay at this Quality I held a high opinion of Quality Inns. The stairs leading up to our room were filthy and unkept. In our room there was food left in the fridge from prior quests. The fire alarm was disconnected, probably so the prior quests could smoke and the TV was only Roko television, full of ads and not much for viewing. All in all I would have given this place a neg rating but due to the nice desk clerk it gets a two
Front desk guy was great! We arrived super late for check in and he was very accommodating.nnRoom was a little worn but the bed was soft and the water was hot. My only issue was a chirping fire alarm. I took the battery out (put it back in this morning) and went to bed. Didn't have the energy to move rooms.
Best hotel in del rio. Clean rooms. The staff was so nice. They even put water bottles in the rooms
I give it ONE Star for many reasons. I will never stay in this Hotel again when I'm in Del Rio. Room were never cleaned properly the 3 days we stayed, the bath tub was never cleaned, bed sheets were never changed, never left enough towels or toilet paper, the electronic key card malfunction every time I returned back to my room and everytime i had to go into the front desk to have it reset. My parents were very disappointed and so was I and for the price was high for very low Quality Service to stay there.
