This hotel was awesome! It may be older, but the ambiance and guest services were great. The waitresses in the restaurant made sure that we had everything we needed, and we're more than helpful with giving us information on how to visit Acuna. The meals were off the charts! If choosing a safe place to stay, and warm, friendly and helpful staff, the Ramada is the best place to stay. I even got two free margaritas and free buffets for me and my hubby.
Been traveling for the past 4 yrs for work, and thus far as hotels go I've never stayed in a Ramada. We booked a room thinking the worst but I have to say, I'm very impressed by the new renovations that are occurring and that they have a hot breakfast buffet. Of course following CDC guidelines. I have only one issue and that is, the water in shower is not really hot but I still give them a 5 star. Keep up the great job.
A little dated and stale but fine for the night. The signs in the lobby show a remodel which will be nice. Centrally located there is a ton of food and shopping all around. There is nothing wrong or spectacular with the hotel. It earns a solid 3 stars.
Stayed last night staff was incredibly help full and kind. They let us check the room before deciding to stay. Room was very nice and clean. The restaurant and lounge are very nice. The food was very good along with the service. The hotel grounds are super cool with a pool set up for some definite summer fun and a great park area for kids. I would definitely stay again and recommend it’ll anyone staying in Del Rio ,Tx.
Stayed here for business in town and the staff was very friendly and willing to accompany my needs. Only negative was a little smell coming from the bathroom, but it didn't disrupt my stay. Worth staying here for the breakfast buffet and bar lounge!
