We always stay here when we come to Del Rio. The rooms are always clean and the price is more than fair. Plus being pet friendly is HUGE for us. My big boy is a bit to much for an older family member so he hangs out while we visit family. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I took a star off because the room smelled a bit funny and there was a stain on one of the comforters. Other than that it is always a comfortable stay. I also appreciate management responding to their Google reviews!
I would like to give this place 5 stars. The beds are huge and very comfortable. AC's or heaters work very well in different rooms I've been in. The rooms look and smell clean. Some floors are carpet and some are wood laminate. Which look nice. However the white sock test shows otherwise. After ONE evening of wearing clean white socks, it shows that they need to be mopped better. But still, 4.99 stars.nUpdate, staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful if necessary.
They're very pet friendly and have never had any issues at any La Quinta hotels. During the freeze they were available to offer the conference room to those in need of a warm place. I took my kiddos to warm up and charge their devices. This has made me love La Quinta much more. They're awesome.
The hospitality was amazing. The rooms were well priced. I loved the fact that check out was at 12 instead of 11 like most places. The breakfast was nice. I will definitely stay here again
Way over priced. Needs to be deep cleaned. Halls smell, rooms smell and I was told to not have pets or smoke. Room is surface clean though, very friendly staff. Got a room for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday but decided to come early, our hotel was booked. I paid total of 183 for the 3 night at Quality Inn. Paid on a Wednesday here over 140. 1 night. Not cool!!!
